Oriental Village – Langkawi Cable Car at Mat Cincang Peak (Langkawi Part 8)

Oriental Village is the anchor (or base station) of the Langkawi Cable Car up to Mat Cincang Peak, it provides Hotel (budget) accommodation, shopping , recreational activities, restaurants, café, mini Zoo, Elephant Ride and It also has the First Tiger in Langkawi all in individual shops built around a lake. Further it also house a mini information center about the Geo Park.

First Tiger in Langkawi is house in a very small area, you can view the tiger by going in to a shop and viewing the tiger through heavily tinted glass without any entrance fee, but photography is not allowed at all. Frankly I think the Idea of the Tiger Park in Penang is much better than doing this.

Recreational Activities available include Jungle Hiking, Flying Fox, Sigway Rental , Elephant ride, Duck Feeding …..
