Special Dish for 1st Day of the Chinese New Year

By tradition my family serve this Vegetarian Dish for Lunch. Consisting of Black Moss, Mustard Greens (choy sum), Black Mushrooms, tang hoon cooked with Chinese cheese. Fu Yee.
